linux guide
Linux conversion workflow
A source-attributed Linux relinker workflow with documented runtime and Vulkan access constraints.
Prerequisites
- A compatible x86-64 Linux host and official upstream tool artifacts or a documented self-build.
- A clean, lawfully obtained ELF input with documented module directory layout.
- Target-OS system libraries placed only in the documented libs/ runtime directory.
Documented workflow
The official Usage guide accepts bundled ELF modules in sce_module/, sce_modules/, or prx/ beside the input. All three absent, or both sce_module/ and sce_modules/, is an upstream-documented error.
Linux ELF is the default output format. This is the exact command documented upstream.
relinker source/input.elf app.elf
View command in official sourcePlace built target-OS system libraries in libs/, app resources in app0/, and generated guest modules in their printed path. The upstream guide distinguishes these from original title modules.
Upstream documents setting the executable bit and launching app.elf. Its Vulkan section documents /dev/udmabuf access and BDA access failures; evaluate them for your own system rather than changing permissions blindly.
chmod +x app.elf
./app.elf
